All of the product prices are expressed in Croatian Kuna (HRK). The
prices listed in EUR are approximate figures. All payments will be effected in
Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged
for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into
Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian
National bank on the day of payment. When
charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local
currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As
a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight
difference from the original price stated in our web site.
All of the products found on the internet site
www.smartkids.artrea.com.hr can be ordered over the phone, online
order or by email. The moment the order is made, the seller is obliged
to deliver all the products which have been ordered and paid for. If in case the seller is not able to deliver the
products, he will contact the customer and arrange a new date of
delivery. The seller will refund the buyer in the case that the ordered
products, which have already been paid for, cannot for certain reasons
be delivered. The ordered products are delivered by means of
downloading.
Customers from abroad (Outside of Croatia) can purchase the ordered
products by credit card (MasterCard, Visa). The customer can send
product complaints by post, email or in person within 8 days of
receiving the product.
Credit card payment
Credit card payments are done via RBA bank's secure server. The
protection of data between Artmedia's web shop and the bank is done with
the help of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Artmedia does not have
access nor does it keep credit card details in its system. Upon payment
completion and the successful authorization completion by the bank, the
customer is redirected again to Artmedia's site and is notified about
the successful payment.

receive an e-mail message: 'Dear
customers, this is an automatic answer.
Thanks for your purchasing.'
This is a confirmation that Artmedia has received
your details, and it is not a confirmation of
sale.
When the payment with credit card is successful
you will receive two more e-mails:
a 'Online order - successful payment confirmation'
and a 'Online order - Download
links and instructions' e-mail.
In the unusual circumstance that your purchase was not successful you
will be return to the failure page.
Do I get a CD with my purchase?
No, all Artmedia's
products are available by download only.
